Yesterday I lost my trip just because it was closed early, they just need to specify the timetable either online on their page or each branch.
The staff here are kind and helpful, and they seem to always have my hard-to-fill prescriptions in stock.
On hold on the phone for 2 hours waiting for the pharmacy staff because there was "3 people ahead of me". It gets to my turn, the phone rings, gets picked up, then hung up. Not a word.
