If you're giving someone a ride do not come in together. Even tho we were making separate purchases on toilet paper, they refused service to one of us. We have been looking for toilet paper for weeks, now and the sign said 2 per customer. So I bought 2 packs of 4 rolls and so did she. The lady at the counter said "You know I can't sell that to you, right?" How would we know that??? We're 2 separate paying customers! So rude.
Genivive the 'manager' is rude and sarcastic. She printed my photos I spent hours making sure they fit the guidelines and print area... they were all cut in half. Twice. She laughed and said oh well. Then when I called the associate Shavon. answered the phone. All she said was HEY. No mention of what store I was calling. She acted like she was answering to a friend. Trying to talk to the store or district manager is even worse. Never return calls.
I've been using this Walgreens for two years now and I have never had such bad service than I did yesterday! The pharmacy tech was extremely rude. And I have automatic refills but they had removed me from it without telling me so instead of going home after a long day at work, I had to wait half an hour for them to refill my prescription. The blonde snobby middle aged pharmacy tech needs new training!
Bob in the photo department is amazing. His customers being happy with their prints is important to him and I appreciate that!! Thanks for taking the time to make sure I'm happy with my pictures, every time.
