We were notifed that someone had stolen our debt card and was using it at this store. Called the store to see if they could pull cameras to see who had put the charges on it, if they could tell us anything, as this was a saturday and the bank was closed. I understand there is protocal, but the man who answered could have cared less that this had happened.
