Now I remember why I stopped using the Irvington Ave. Walgreens many years ago. To be honest, I had HOPED there had been some improvements... but there has NOT! They continue to be ridiculously SLOW, make commitments they can’t or won’t meet, and show little to NO respect or empathy for their customers time, pain or suffering! I continue to believe it’s no coincidence that this seems to happen ONLY in their urban, minority populated locations. #Shame. #WontGetMyBusiness
The pharmacy always have a line no matter time you go there & they are never aware of how many prescriptions you should receive even though they called you to pick up the prescription.
I am so sorry coming in to the Walgreens in irvington nj just by Popeyes. The manager named Kardeem was so rude. He literally said if you can't wait , leave and called us fb I will never step into Walgreens again. Mr. Kardeem your customer service as a manager sucks and you deserve to fired👎👎👊👊
The slowest place in the world. So disgusted I don't even want to put the details
First and foremost, this place is the slowest Walgreens in the entire world. Second of all, I'm currently standing in the pharmacy where there are FOUR employees, and the phones been ringing for close to ten minutes nonstop. Three employees standing around talking, including one who was just on a personal call about her recent vacation to Washington DC, using the store phone. There are five people standing in line, including me. I am in excruciating pain, waiting to pick my shit up so I can go BACK home and BACK TO BED where... read more
