Too busy to provide good customer services. They called to sign me up for “Save a Trip” program. Don’t do it. It should be called add a trip. My prescription is never ready when they say it is. The people are really nice but managed horribly.
how about maybe the staff notifying somebody when they don't have the proper recipe the word they used to make the medication that was prescribed by the doctor. the prescription was called in by Vidant Hospital at 2 p.m. for a baby 7 hours later we go to pick it up and they jokingly say we don't have the recipe. what a bunch of unprofessional childlike people they have working behind the pharmacy the pharmacist couldn't have been any more than 21 22

It wouldn't be a bad place to go if you didn't get harassed by people in the parking lot asking for money! This has happened the last 3 times I've been to this location! Something needs to be done about this issue asap!
The entire pharmacy staff needs to be fired and just start over. Seriously every single time I go in there its some kind of major issue that takes 4 to 5 hours to fix and they are always so damn rude about it. I could write a novel about all my bad experiences in this store and it would blow your mind. How corporate let's this continue is beyond me. Just left the hospital with twins and, for the life of me, I don't understand why we couldn't drop off my pain medication in the drive thru, and wait in the parking lot until they were done, then pick them back up in the drive thru. The lady at the drive thru said she can't mark it as waiting unless we went inside to wait. So, here I am - alone in a car in exorbitant amounts of pain with 2 newborns in the back seat where I can't reach while my husband unnecessarily sits inside for a half hour.
