Went in for the new Shingles shot. The lovely technician was very professional and carefully described possible side effects.
Always a joy to go there. Friendly staff makes the difference.
Poor pharmacy employees yesterday. They lost connection to the computer poer, system had to be rebooted at another location. We were told what was happening, they apologized, nothing they could do it just happens. However a customer of an age that should know better decided to make a scene yelling at the poor pharmacist. He handled it well staff did their best to help. Customer service in any area is hard. People just need a little courtesy.
I never give a bad review. But, this is really the one. Why do you need the code to open the restroom? The cashier explained that because of the thief. So, think about the situation, I went all the way to the restroom and found out it's locked, I had to run out and find the staff and asked for the code. He/she would walk me back in and opened the door for you. Would he/she stay outside the door and wait for me until I finished my job and walked me out to be sure I don't steal something? It's ridiculous!
