so we pulled up to walgreens a woman came to the counter at the drive thru and said im not going to and dont want to wait on your and walked off, she refused to wait on her cause shes white, thats legit all she said we never got to say anything, never even had a chance to ask for a prescription, never got to say hi, never even got an opportunity to make anyone mad to be refused service!

RecommendedI just want to thank everyone working today! I called the store and asked for a favor, not only did they honor it, they made sure I was getting the correct things. So to everyone that helped me today, thank you! Being on crutches isn't easy, y'all made it a little more bearable!

A garden slug moves faster than this store. I tried to drop off a prescription twice today and had to leave without doing so both times because both lines the drive thru line was 4 cars deep and at a dead stop
The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. Terrible customer service.
This used to be a good chain and store. Tried to fill a prescription on Tuesday. They did not have and said they would call around to other stores to find or would have on Wednesday. THEY LIED. Never did either. Went in Saturday evening and still not in. They said they would call around again. Stupid employee from store on plantation drive said they had it but did not bother to say they closed at 6:00. needless to say we got there at 6:30.
