The drive thru is absolutely ridiculous to go through. Going inside isn't much better. I'm sitting here at 11 pm and have been here over 15 minutes and the car at the window hasnt moved!

I’ve never been so disrespected by a manager in my entire life! Their employees put a who bunch of items in the wrong place and I simply pointed it out, one of the workers got rude and the cashier asked if I wanted to talk to the manager, well I heard her talking to the manager and before I could even say anything, he was very rudely and disrespectfully told me they weren’t going to change the price- I didn’t even ask them too. He was so unbelievably rude that I am now going to do my business at cvs!
I usually always have a good experience at Walgreens, from the team at the SSM clinic, to the pharmacy staff, to the regular Walgreens employees. Only drawback is the drive thru pharmacy wait time. Usually only 1 of the 2 lanes open and 3-4 cars always in line. Not really fast service at all. If that could be looked into improving I’m sure this store would start getting a lot higher ratings.
I made an appointment online for the clinic and showed up way early. Come to find out, I made it for today and not yesterday. I told the ladies I couldn't wait another day with my illness. I would wait until someone didn't show or they could work me in. They worked me in right away, got my meds to the pharmacy and I was on my way in no time. I am resting well at home and thankful the staff cares about their patients.
Reminded yet again why I no longer go to the alton Walgreens. Waited in the drive thru for 25 min just to turn in a RX. Not even a sorry for your wait. Never going back. Need to speed up it up. And get some nice clerks
