Please explain to me why this store refuses to hire more people when it is so busy??? We only use them because they are 24 hours. I can't stand this store!

I had to have Christmas mugs made and they were so helpful! It started out to be a mess and in the end.... Not only did they pull through for me...... The customer service was fantastic! Not so much a fan of the pharmacy.
They don't need a damn 2 lane drive up. Every time we come here we have to wait which is fine but when I have been sitting in line for 5 plus minutes and someone comes up in the other lane and there takin right away this shit is beyond ridiculous. The only reason I use this one is cause it's 24 hours.
Very rude! These people act like it kills them to help you. Customer service is horrible. If it's not a quick easy script that they don't have to make a call for you or put forth any effort, no problem, otherwise forget it. RUDE!!! Just because they are the only 24 hour they think they can treat people poorly. Corporate better get a grip on this location because from the looks of it the reviews are an indication of a serious issue!!!
This is BY FAR the absolute WORST Walgreens location I have ever been to in my entire life. Every time I come here, I have a horrible experience. They are grossly understaffed and the employees clearly hate their jobs. My last visit, I had to wait in the drive through line for 45 minutes when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. My Rx had been pre-filled and was a 30 second transaction so I'm not sure why the other 3 cars took so long. Today, I was told I had filled a prescription twice that I had only filled once.
