Terrible experience stoic not friendly and quit judgmental very intimidating . Never go back to this nurse practitioner again!
Literally the best experience I could have asked for. As a store manager of a retail location myself, this place was ran perfectly. From my doctor (Heather) who saw me, Rachel my nurse, the pharmacy squad of Caitlan and Logan, to my cashier at the front — it was an amazing experience for a gal who has been very sick and was very tired. Thank you Walgreens in St. Charles.
Haven't had the best of luck with fast friendly service but today for what ever reason this visit was ef'n amazeing!!!!!
I just have to share my story that happened recently; a cashier at this Walgreens said she loved my sweater (one I dearly love but old and has holes in it!! :)) and then she said; here let me roll up your sleeves so you can show off your nice shirt... I thanked her and was really touched by this; it made my day, she was so sweet and I loved her for her kindness. This is what the spirit of Christmas is all about. Thank you Walgreens for having an employee that kindness precedes her when talking with her customers <3
