Taking my business elsewhere. My prescription was accidentally filled with Ativan, a highly regulated benzodiazepine. When I went back up to the pharmacy to show them the mistake the pharmacist was extremely flippant. He told me he would let the pharmacy manager know. A few days later I called to speak with the manager as I had not heard from her. She had to knowledge the incident occurred. I just visited the Take Care Clinic at 1:30. Online and in store it is stated that it is open until 4:30. Not one person was sitting in the waiting area. Tried to log in and it told me that we could not be seen until the next day. Ridiculous.
They have always been good to me. I will always go back.
I will never go back. Made an online appointment so the wait would not be as bad. Ha. I was there over an hour before I was seen. They took someone who got there after me in first, and they were in the room almost half an hour. Two people left because they were tired of waiting. I only stayed because I was having trouble breathing. When I was seen, the nurse was very nice and friendly however she was unable to do anything for me because all she said she could give me was a steroid.
