Ignorance at check out, only to wait over 45min to be told my insurance wasn’t covered by them! WONT BE BACK
If you enjoy long lines and being ignored this is the pharmacy for you. Incompetent and worst process ever. Why can't people take a number or use a wait in line type app instead of standing in line like it's six flags. Can't stand incompetence to get a rx that is otc on Mexico. Next time it might be faster to drive to Mexico and back plus I can bring back tequila. SLOWEST store on earth...
I just bought an almost expired pack of cereal. Expiring in 5 days. Really disappointed at a store that has a tag line of 'happy and 'healthy'
Dangerous pharmacy. Expired vaccinations and poorly trained pharmacists and staff. Went in for a vaccine and was told wrong information that vaccination couldn't be administered to adults, only children and seniors (the fact that they actually thought a vaccine would somehow be safer for children and seniors seems beyond me) but turns out they didn't know how to read through the filters to pick the right vaccine. I called in a prescription and a few hours later I was told the medication was ready. I waited in line to pick it up and the pharmacist says your doctor wants you to visit him first. I asked then why did you say it was ready on the phone!!! it was a wasted trim and she gave a poor excuse. How hard was it to call me first before I wasted my time coming up there. She was insincere and unapologetic. I'll be moving my business to Target pharmacy. At least they have common sense.
