RecommendedOutstanding customer service
This Walgreens used to be my favorite. I shop here several times a week, and have for years. The new store manager, Randy, is really nice, and always tries to be helpful, and most of the cashiers are very helpful, and always nice. But 2 of the newer members of management, Scott and Crystal, are incredibly rude, they don't like people who use a lot of coupons to get the deals they have each week. I waited 3 1/2 weeks the first time I tried to fill two prescriptions. The second time, I have waited over 2 weeks so far.
always the best customer service and friendliest staff
I moved here in March 2017, leaving behind an excellent Walgreens in O'Fallon, IL, so the bar was set high. The Neosho store did not disappoint. The staff are very helpful, friendly and know their store and stock. I enjoy coming here and often shop for items to avoid going to a big crowded store. Great job!
Crystal was so kind after my coupons from the app wouldn't work she helped me out. It saves me a little under half which is why i bought the items! Thank you so much for the great customer service everytime i go in!
