Instead of telling you your insurance doesn't cover your prescription, they just tell you "that's the balance due". I would have much rather been told the truth, instead of being lied to, so I could have called my doctor Monday to get a prescription that was covered. This is the most ass backwards Walgreens in the area. It may be the closest to my house, but I'll be going elsewhere for my medications. Unbelievable excuse as a pharmacy. The actions of their tech Kayla almost prevented my wife from getting a much needed medicine in a timely manner and then the tech had the nerve to say she wasn't the issue. Insurance company identified her specifically as the source of the issue. Time to move on to a pharmacy that will appreciate my business.
I have been with the company for 13 years and I have worked in many of store. Even helped open a few. But the Webb City store is a sibling store in Bella Vista. They are so much alike that it is like a home away from home for me. The employees are fun and vivacious. The store manager, Gary, reminds me of another, who I miss terribly, Puhalla. I want to thank Gary, on taking a chance on me, and hiring me full-time after I moved up from Arkansas. I know it was the right thing to do, on moving and a change.
Sit on hold for 20 mins trying to reach the pharmacy when there was supposedly only one caller a head of me finally hung up.... This happens almost everytime I call actually drove 15 mins to the pharmacy one time while on hold and went in to see that there was literally no reason they couldn't of taken a second to answer the phone they were standing around doing nothing not waiting on anyone they just seem to be lazy and it seems to be an inconvenience for them to do their job....
