Been using this pharmacy for many years and in the last 2-3 it has become a pain to deal with.
We are new customers and my husband turned in prescriptions at 4:30 today. They told him everything should be ready by 7:00. It is 7:17 and still not ready. Not a good start for a new customer.
I hate Walgreen's Pharmacy, my Dr. sent a prescription to the pharmacy for me today, went to pick it up and they said it would be 1:30 before it was ready(over 2 hours), asked why, they said they just got it.Called over an hour later and explained I needed it right away as I didn't have a way to get it as my granddaughter had to go to work soon, they said for her to come and get it.She got there and they told her it wasn't ready as they had just gotten it from my Dr....what a bunch of BS. and I am going to get all my scripts... read more
My brother has serious medical problems, and has to take meds daily. One of the meds he takes he needs everyday are he could die. When we go to refill this medication the pharmacy staff are very disrespectful and don't care. They talk to my family like we are dogs. I would like to know why it is that you would stop accepting Wellcare but you feel that it is not necessary to let me know that is not being accepted anymore. In the past couple months we have had numerous prescriptions fill that we have been told that Wellcare was not covering their part when in fact you were not accepting them anymore. My wife and I are now searching for a new pharmacy, again (we just switched to Walgreens in late fall).
