Rude people...I was told Whatever on the phone while trying to refill meds I moved all my prescriptions from them!

Never will every do any kind of business their ever again
This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is non existent. I filled a prescription last week and had to change my insurance information. The lady at the counter REFUSED to assist me and made me go to the back of the line. Her attitude was nasty and condescending. I called corporate about this issue. Walgreens has the worst pharmacy service I've ever dealt with!! I tried to have a prescription filled there and the prescription was written for 10mg @ 4 times a day(120 pills) Which is the same prescription I've been taking for over 6 months and getting filled with no problems at Rite Aid in Columbia. 1st they said my insurance would only cover 60 pills. The entire pharmacy staff should be FIRED! Worst Walgreens in Florence. If you need medication filled you will have to give them 3 days to get it together!
Went to pick up a prescription tonight for my sister- in-law the pharmacist he was real nasty and rude!
I went to Walgreen today, one of the manager was very nasty, I will never visit them again, Her names was Barbara. This was around 12:00 noon today, her cashier was also nasty with us. Did not like there attitudes. Now there not taking printable coupons. So if you got coupons take your business somewhere else
When you pick up your prescription medicine you always waiting at the drive thru waited almost thirty minutes at the window. Hire some help.
