NOT helpful. I had a very bad experience today trying to pick up a photo mug that was already paid for. I had ordered it online, it has been sitting there since 5/22/20. No one notified me. Not by phone, email, nothing. The woman working there tried to tell me they have never called to notify before. Which is crap because I have had many items printed there before this rudeness, and they HAVE called me. But at least an email. My 80 year old grandmother drove into Lawton today to have her prescriptions filled and when she was told they were ready, she paid and left. Upon getting home (she lives out of town) she realized that one of her pharmacy bags had 1 bottle in it & that bottle was empty. They were not apologetic when she called & they told her she just needed to come back and they’d give her the pills. Unacceptable treatment of anyone, especially a senior citizen!!
This place is a joke, they always say they can help you find something just ask, then when you ask them to help you find something over the counter, they ignore you or say there is nothing to treat that, and the lady with the curly hair is completely rude always has been always will, she is that type of person you wonder how they still work there.
Won't be filling meds here anymore. Was out of meds for several days due to a new employee typing in my insurance information wrong. Then when I went to pick up the medication I waited in the horrible drive thru line for 10 minutes behind 1 car just to be told the card machine was down, and they could only accept cash. I went back to get meds (with cash) and went home. Opened meds to find they gave me the wrong medicine. I was billed for the correct medication but didn't get it. Won't be going to Walgreens for awhile even tho I love that store. I bought makeup on sale last week, buy one get one half price. They didn't have two in my color so I got a different color. I go tonight to exchange it, exact same everything but the color and they want me to pay for the other half. How hard is it to have a even exchange. ������
