I stopped by the Elizabethton location to pick up a prescription last night that had been ordered several hours earlier by mom's doctor. It should have been filled already. I was told it would take 20 mins to fill. I drove around the building parked and returned. The nightshift pharmacist came to the drive thru window and stated the meds would need to be ordered and the tech was new and didn't know this information. Funny, here it says 24 hours, your phone line says 24 hours, Google says 24 hours but apparently now your open 9am-7pm as of July 20th according to the lady at the front who rather rudely informed me of the change. Giving your customers a heads up would have been nice so I could have got my meds.

I recommend they should find a new manager than Kenny Dowell very unprofessional rude and definitely does not know how to count or take care of customers

There is always a long wait to pick up or drop off a prescription. Most of the staff are very unfriendly like they dont want to deal with you. That's why I use a smaller locally owned pharmacy.
I ask an associate if they carried wild bird seed...a simple yes or no would have sufficed, but her response was....."I'm on lunch, " whoa...
One of my favorite Walgreens around. Love the photo department. Great selection of merchandise.
