The worst customer service! From the pharmacist to the pharmacy techs they are very rude. Rarely do they ever get any prescription refills correct. I definitely don't recommend this pharmacy they are awful!
Horrible customer service! Since the merger with Rite Aid, as if they weren’t slow enough.... they’ve gotten SLOWER! Don’t go unless you have 45 minutes to wait in line.... inside or drive thru!
Great customer service! Located right across from Vidant Medical Center, these guys are always busy. They still manage to always fill my medicine in a timely manner. I have never had to wait very long. They are quite accommodating. I was in a hurry to leave town one evening and they managed to fill my medicine a little early. I know some folks complain about everything. There are always going to be Negative Nancies in the world. Trust me when I say that this pharmacy is a great place to do business.
Horrible customer service. Apparently it takes over an hour to fill a prescription for an antibiotic. Horrible communication regarding wait times and procedures. I'll stick to CVS!
