horrible service ! they refill the wrong prescription. They offer services through their drive-thru during this outbreak that they normally wouldn't such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies and some small items, which is wonderful if that actually follow through with it! The lady for some toilet paper and she gave me this weird look and tell me where you can come in for it! why offer the service with the sign clearly posted in the window if you're not going to follow through with it!
DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TELL YOU PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE READY FOR PICK UP AND WHEN YOU GO TO GET IT, TELL YOU ITS OUT OF STOCK. THEY ARE NOT ACCOMMODATING, THEIR WORKERS ARE RUDE AND THEY LAUGH WHEN YOURE FRUSTRATED. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I wish there was a lower rating. Worst customer service ever! The pharmacy employees are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. The store manager is absolutely useless as his only concern is covering for his employees.
Don't go buy Sudafed at Walgreens after you work all day with a cold and JUST WANT SOME RELIEF if you aren't specifically from SAGINAW on your driver's license. THEY WILL REFUSE TO SELL IT TO YOU. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I have bought the exact same product from the same store many times with the exact same license! Guess I won't be buying their stuff anymore.
I like that the one near me is open 24 hours, including the pharmacy. Staff is always friendly to me.
I already wrote a post ion the misplaced Rx. It was lost in the pharmacy. Waited 6 hours.
Less than one star. I've been a faithful, lifetime customer of Walgreens, loyal to this one here alone for over 20 years. I have dealt with their games and lies and laziness for far too long, but the ridiculous of last night has done it for me. And forget anonymity, when I say the last name is Claus, like Santa, why the hell do u have to ask how to spell it!!?? Had u no childhood? Never watched a Christmas movie? [Santa] Claus has NEVER started with a K!!
