Dec 17 2018. walked in to get one tube of chapstick at 7am. No one at the counter, no associate walking around the store. Shouted several times until I walked to the staff door and knocked . The manager that had long blonde hair stares daggers into me for me to dare inconvenience her. She said there's someone up there, to which I replied no there isn't. I have never been treated so rudly before. The pharmacist was an outright ass to me when I called. His staff told me last night that I would be refunded by bringing in my daughters insurance card with the receipt if I paid in cash. He refused to reimburse me. Saying his staff was wrong. I was told by the staff he supervised that it would not be an issue. Make this right walgreens or I will be calling Corporate office as well as the state insurance board and NCBOP.
We had an issue with our photo order, and the associate went over and beyond to resolve it, even though the problem was on our end.
The staff at this location are wonderful. They truly care about their customers.
