You have an idiot training a worker currently. How is that possible! i can only conclude that your employee hates their job so unwilling to help customers unless the customer gets in their face!
Horrific pharmacy employees! Peggy the pharmacy manager is rude, not friendly, and not customer driven. I have had this happen to me twice within the last couple months where the pharmacy says my doctor did not send over my prescription when I in fact have proof the doctors office did. When you call the local phone number to this Walgreens and ask for the pharmacy department it sends you to a call center. The pharmacy is a mess. I’ve shopped at Walgreens in many cities for at least 40 years. I have always gotten all of my family’s prescriptions at Walgreens; never anywhere else. I spend thousands on them. This pharmacy has twice Ben either rude or ridiculous to me twice in the 18 months that I’ve lived here. I’ve never experienced this at a Walgreens anywhere else. Their pharmacy is horrible, completely over worked, understaffed, and super busy. Be warned when they say they will take care of something for you, that means they won't and your refills and meds will be delayed...they also are not accurate when they give info regarding other pharmacies. The only way you will get your meds in a decent amount of time is if you go in person and wait for it at the pharmacy! Otherwise they will never get to your prescriptions.
