I want to Thank Walgreens in Fort Smith for allowing me to purchase 40 Valentine stuffed animals for only $1 each so I could donate them to some of the guys & gals at Conway Human Development Center!!! My son, Brayden, picked out this bear and he bounced his bear to the music all the way home this past Friday!
I will no longer use Walgreens for my medicine and refills. I hate to give Walmart all my business but it is what it is. I little bit more organized, and helpfull would go along way
The Pharmacy personnel should work on their customer service skills. I have been very loyal to this Walgreens for many years but We no longer will be using them. When a medicine for a newborn is back ordered 3 months, they should be willing to transfer a prescription to a pharmacy that has it on hand; especially when that pharmacist is contacting them to help.
These folks are great, if they don't know where something is, they will help you find it! Very friendly and helpful folks!
The employees aren't really the brightest. I had to wait HALF AN HOUR for them to put a box of OTC medicine in a bag!
