I would not recommend the pharmacy at any Walgreens. The store itself is fine for everything else. Mostly friendly C.S.
I want to Thank Walgreens in Fort Smith for allowing me to purchase 40 Valentine stuffed animals for only $1 each so I could donate them to some of the guys & gals at Conway Human Development Center!!! My son, Brayden, picked out this bear and he bounced his bear to the music all the way home this past Friday!
This store has the most rude associates I have ever encountered, I will never shop here, nor would I recommend it.
Don't usually leave negative reviews, however my husband and I walked in behind 2 teenage boys that were in baggy clothing. 1 was white the other was black. When we went to checkout the cashier asked to see my husband's ID and then told me I had to go get mine out of the car since I was with him (which I didn't mind) The cashier told us they couldn't sell us the alcohol. The pharmacy staff that worked Monday night on December 5th were pathetic and an embarrassment to your stores. I had to go to Walgreen's because my regular pharmacy didn't stock my prescription. I was told to come back in an hour and nothing was done. I waited 30 more minutes and still nothing was done . My pharmacy closed and a medicine I needed bad wasn't filled.
