They are not patient centered. They care more about closing at 8p instead of filling a prescription with the patient there and the doctor eprescribing. The manager sitting on her butt instead of helping out. Our healthcare system needs a big overhaul now. 🤬

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. First time I got a rx filled they kept getting my insurance messed up.. had to drive back three times before finally just being so frustrated I paid out of pocket. Have a new insurance now. I'm very sick, and wanted the scripts filled while in store. They said 15-20 minutes, typed in my new insurance. No prob, right? WRONG!!! After eight months of being allowed to use a prescription savings card at the Walgreen's on the other end of Rogers Avenue, I was informed by the pharmacist on staff at this Walgreen's about half an hour ago that it is "illegal" for me to use it because my insurance doesn't pay anything towards the prescription. Ummmm...wouldn't that be the precise reason why I would want and need to use it, because it saves me about $70 on the prescription?
