It turns out for the second year in a row I took my business elsewhere for my flu shot. No, my insurance doesn't need pre-authorization... but thank you for offering to do it anyway and have me pay full price in order for me to bill it to my insurance, ultimately doing your job... maybe your staff would hit goals if they knew what they were doing...
