This location along with urgent care in Gardner gave me meds that I later found out had gluten and wheat starch from the manufacturer after telling them I had celiacs. I have been ill for about 2 weeks. I suggest their pharmacist brush up on their knowledge of antibiotics and what they’re made of and come from. I will now call manufacturers from here on out, lesson learned.
Verrrrrrryyyyyyyy slowwwwwww 35 minutes in the drive thru? I called inside to see if there was an issue, or if I should take my groceries home and come back later. The guy, Matt, was rude. Turned my prescription if yesterday so I could pick it up today after work. They ran it through my old insurance so it didn't go through. So instead of calling me to ask what's going on they just didn't fill the prescription. Instead they waited until I showed up too look into the problem. Walgreen's bathroom policy is dangerous. Men have no business in women's restrooms. As long as Walgreen's holds to this dangerous bathroom policy, my family of five will be taking our business elsewhere.
When they have sale items, went back for viva towels 15 times, didn't have, got rain check, called 3 times, put on hold for 15min, still don't have! Poor place to shop! Sorry Walgreens but u need to get your act together!
Every single visit this year the wait is in the hour plus range for prescriptions (after giving them hours to process it). Constant computer issues, zero customer service, I'm forgotten about while waiting, etc. This place is the absolute worst.
This place has gone downhill in the last year or so. My prescriptions say they're filled in the morning, then when I go through the drive through in the evening I'm told they aren't quite ready and to come back in half an hour, or park and come inside and wait. This has happened multiple times. Then today a Z-pak was sent in from my doctor. I drove up 45 mins after it was sent and told it would be ready in 20-30 mins.
