Over 30 minutes trapped in the drive thru because they can't find someone's rx. Efficiencies are desperately needed in this location!
I am extremely disatisified with the drive through pharmacy. I pushed call button when I arrived so I could ask for the box to send my c.c. Employee answered and said I'll be right with you and hung up while I was talking. Didn't come back for TEN minutes. Ive worked in healthcare and understand being understaffed and that I'm not the only customer... but just saying hi and giving a quick explanation for the delay would go a long way and help customers have patience.
