My son went in the store to purchase a Net10 phone card. He accidentally purchased a TracPhone card. Within two minutes we were back in the store to exchange it and was told it’s up to the store manager. I was told it was because of security reasons. Understandable but clearly I was not attempting fraud because we purchased the Net10 phone card from the night manager. So now I have a Tracphone card that could be returned but they have choose not to. Calls to the store manager have not been successful.
Called ahead this morning was told meds would be ready in 15 minutes and called at 8:22 am an is now9:06am think we are changin pharmacy get lied to all the time here
I will never in my life give walgreens anymore of my business, I will even be switching prescriptions from walgreens to either walmart or publix or rite aid in the future. The customer service I received today was by far the worst I have ever delt with.
The employees are rude and unhelpful. I won't go back.
