was told 1 hour for prescription. went back 2 hours later and they did not even start processing it until i asked. was then told 10 min. 30 min later i got my prescription. am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I was there to see someone at the clinic. The reason you have to wait so long is the nurse practitioner has to do everything that the receptionist at most doctor offices do. They have to take all your insurance information and also ask all the questions a nurse normally does. After the visit they have to enter all the information in the computer. It would be a much faster process if there was someone to assist them. I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner and the thoroughness of the exam.
Don't tell your patient to come in at certain times then make them wait for over an hour!! The last person went in and that's last time whoever was in charge of the clinic was seen. Over an hour, soooo ridiculous!!!!!!!
Wow really it's right at 8 tonight. And the pharmacist is rude as hell. Looked right at me and says we're closed. I responded I'm not getting anything filled. She responded were closed. I said you can't just answer a question???? She says no we're closed. WTF!!!!!!
You can't sell me my already printed pictures cause you don't have a barcode??? Really??? That's ridicules! Not a good service at all!!!
