Good evening, My name is Sunshine Johnson. I am a new mom of an 8 month old infant, my daughter is in her first parts of the teething phases.On Wednesday, February 19 I went to Walgreen's in Seaside, CA on Fremont St. and I purchased the Nuby baby teething gel. Is there a negative star option? Our health plan requires them for some meds, literally everything else I get elsewhere. They screw up literally every time. Their is no calling them as they don't answer. When you wait for nearly an hour they take and claim they will fill a prescription but then don't. They can't successfully call a doctor for a refill, literally not once ever. When doctors call prescriptions in they screw it up and don't fill it, then you show up and end up waiting. Worst Walgreens service I've ever experienced. They could have 24 hrs to fill your prescription and you will still wait in a long line for pick up.
Never again! Long lines fill the back of the store for the pharmacy. Nope nope nope!
I am a regular customer at Seaside Walgreen's and also have my pharmacy needs met here as well. I am pleased with the service in this department, as well as on the sales floor. One employee who stands out there is Tracey. She takes a unique approach with customers, providing special care to the public striving for customer satisfaction, and all around joy. She males your shopping experience personal.
To all my customers at Walgreen's.. We are now back to 24 hr pharmacy.. We are now also taking Tricare insurance.. We like to say Thank You for being patient in Seaside, Ca while we were temporary not 24 hrs. Make sure you come in to see the Ugly Christmas Sweater bring something to add.. I love my customers
The pharmacy needs to be 24/7 again. I used to go there before work it's more convenient that way. That's the reason I switched to this pharmacy. Have to go after work and deal with long lines is hell. If it doesn't go back to 24/7 I'll have to go some place else.
