Requiring that the customer touches a keypad to CONFIRM who they are is irresponsible in the world we live in. Our name is on the Rx and on our CC. (Ask for our last 4 digits of our phone or for us to flash our driver’s license if you need confirm). Having everyone touch an area in the exact same 10 spots is ridiculous. I mentioned it to the girl at the pharmacy who didn’t seem to care and stopped a manager on the way out. Her response was a lackadaisical “corporate policy” answer.

Terrible, terrible service today at the pharmacy counter. An extremely rude young lady waited on me. She gave my favorite walgeeens a terrible name today. Sue and Bernice always make my day..this girl tried to ruin mine. She was like that to all the customers ahead of me. She needs to be reminded that customers at the pharmacy could be very sick, shame on her.
I needed help printing up some copies of a photo from my phone and was sweetly helped by Sue. She is an asset to Walgreens.
One of your workers named Felicia helped me a lot she asked if I need help then brought me right to the product thank you all that store is the friendless store I have been to in a while
