Okay, if you are a business like Walgreens on Orchard, you don't stop someone at the door to check their pockets if they just spent 30$ at your store. This was such a friendly store until recently. Tonight I picked up two scripts and they didn't give me my points. When I asked they said they couldn't give them to me and if I wanted them I had to call an 800 number. Then the manager made a snide comment about us being on a federal program. Which is untrue as we have a company Bc/Bs plan. Plus what does it matter. Horrible service.
