It’s honestly so bad. I’m not sure I’ve ever left a negative review and I generally believe people are doing their best. However, this is at a different level and those relying on medication need to be warned. You will consistently wait days for the most basic medicines and no one seems to see a problem with this. Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Gainesville
Unfortunately, I'm having to switch pharmacies after being without my medication for weeks with no proactive communication whatsoever. I was told three different times that my meds were being ordered. Now, for the third time, the supposed arrival date has come and gone with no updates, and I'm done sitting on hold waiting to talk to someone. Life with chronic illness is complicated enough without things like this making it needlessly harder.
It is closer from my home location, and very convenient. The customer service had always been excellent when I purchased some items atleast twice a month.
