If you try the drive thru bring a book. If you go inside bring a chair. Thirty minutes of wait time is the norm. Lost scripts, poor service, terrible

It’s really difficult for a parent to pay more for bubble gum flavoring for an antibiotic than the medication itself. I’m very disappointed that what used to be free is now costing $3! I will not come back to this pharmacy when my local city pharmacy will do it for free.

This is absolute worst pharmacy our family has ever used. Poor service, incompetent clerks. Most recently after wait ten days for a medication to come in they lost all record of the prescription even though I had been there three times over the ten day period to check if it had come in. Go to this pharmacy at your own risk. If it wasn’t for the fact that it is open 24 hours/ day they would have no business.

Called in a RX to this location. Pickup confirmed at 8:45pm. Came and picked up at 9:45 and the pharmacist provided some BS excuse that the RX got filled at a different store. I verified the phone number I called was theirs and then asked if the automated system has errors often. They said no, it does not, if anything it won't go through. I then was told it would be 15 minutes and I could not wait in the drive through even though no one else was there. Extremely disappointed. Time is a precious commodity.

9/17/16: I transfer my meds on the website & call a little later and they have no record of it. When I get there (the next day), I wait *forever*, then 2 still aren't filled. Do they rush filling them? Of course not. 8/30/17: Sick & waiting hours for my antibiotics to fill. Happened to check the app, and they're ready!! Never got a notification or anything. I hate Walgreens.

So many bad experiences here but they're one of the only 24 hour pharmacies so I guess they can get away with bad service. Every time I drop a prescription they promise a ready by time, but then when you go, there's always a delay. If someone is picking up medicine at 10pm, they obviously need it. At least have the decency to call and say it won't be ready but no, they never do.
