I went in today and none of the walls were green. Very inconvenient
Busy all the time and act like they don’t know what they’re doing....my son’s med was suppose to be ready at 8 this morning and then they said they would have it done by one this afternoon & it wasn’t done til after 3pm
Caprock pharmacy is NEVER open and never answers phones. Walgreens refuses to compound medications, stating 'they have to order ingredients, and wait until they come in. Don't know how long it'll take. it might be three or four days after that, but have to verify script with physician first." I dropped it off Monday and they verified it WHILE I STOOD THERE AND WAITED to make sure they could fill it. I would have never have left it otherwise. The prices for my meds are ok, customer service is good. unless you are dealing with the pharmacy. Pharmacy has weird hours that aren't posted at the entry so if you are not familiar with the hours you will discover a 'drug store' that has the pharmacy closed. Have not really found anyone in the pharmacy that seems to care about the customers-they just fill the meds and push them out the door.
