They are rude unhelpful an honest doesn’t seem like they care about their customers just give them what they came for give them a hard time in the process or make them wait for ever just tel tell them they don’t have it what I’m getting at is they are a joke An need better people in the pharmacy department.!
DO NOT use this as your pharmacy. very very rude pharmacy techs. Without a doubt you WILL wait at LEAST 10 minutes in the drive thru. The also LOSE your medication. absolutely mind blowing that the place is still in business.
I dropped my son’s scripts off over a week ago and they said they were out of stock and would keep me updated when they would have it again and be able to refill it. He wasn’t due for a few days so I wasn’t worried as they should have been ready when they were actually due. I just called today, Sunday, and they had his medication in stock again by Friday and no one bothered to fill his scripts. The Friendly staff and the location!
Okay. So I had some issues with my insurance company. It was really stressful, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get my insulin. The employees at Walgreens went out of their way to help me figure out what I could do, and in the end even helped me find a coupon that helped cover the cost. The employees were a great help. I'd give 5 stars, if I knew how to add stars...
Passing on a post I made today... I usually don't post like this but I had to share. While at Walgreens in EP picking up some meds I overheard a gentleman customer talking with a couple employees at the photo counter that his mother had passed yesterday. After expressing their condolences and a few nice words the employee asked the gentleman if she could pray with him and he said yes. Called tonight to try to fill a prescription tonight as it was urgent and the pharmacist was a real jerk with attitude! This happens way too often but normally at the Walgreens on Sheridan Rd. Im going to start recording my calls with them so I can ask the pharmacy manager if this is how you should speak to customers that keep your doors open. Absolutely horrible service, lose prescriptions, don't have them ready, give me the wrong ones. Pharmacist is rude. They don't care about your wait time.
