Not the Peoria Heights location. Today was third time we received horrible customer service from this location in the past year. Never will shop this Walgreens again. We’ve been denied service twice at this location. Unbelievable. I ordered a canvas photo on one occasion, pick up was by noon, still wasn’t ready at 6pm. Terrible! The pharmacy staff are too lazy to read instructions for filling prescriptions, and never remember that I receive one of my prescriptions free with a card from the pharmaceutical company, even though the pharmacy has all of that information in my file. I have to go through this every month, and it gets really old.
