Fire Management and get someone in the pharmacy that knows how to manage people!
Horrible service. The staff has no clue what they're doing at all. They tell me one thing one day and someone else tells me a different on another day. This is another case of the business that can do no wrong and it is always the customers fault. Here is a tip train your employees better so we aint gotta deal with rude antics from your employees!!

Workers in the pharmacy have no idea what they're doing and it's ridiculous that my son had to go without medication for three days because they don't know how to do their job
Every employee that passed by me asked if I need any help and all smiles. I love shopping at the 80th st Walgreens in Kenosha.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Got a call on Thursday that my prescription was ready 70 miles away, went into the Walgreens by my house and said "No, I live here in town. Fill it here." They said come back tomorrow, I did. It was still 70 miles away. Two people stood there and told me they can't pull it from there because the insurance paid for it to be filled at the one 70 miles away.
