The WORST Walgreens I have Ever used. I have used Walgreens since the 90's. Different states included. This Store has The Worst Pharmacy employee customer service. They are Rude, Hang up on it's customer's! They Lie, Say the Pharmacy manager is not, The next he's on the phone? Worst pharmacy ever. They are disorganized. They are slow slow slow. Never take responsibility for there actions. I'm gonna have to change insurance so I never have to come here again.
Never follow through with calling dr. Never ready. Hoping insurance goes back with CVS soon.
Went to get my wife's meds told her all 5 was Ready left with 4 was told to come back came back still wasn't ready when the meds was sent in at 11:00 am and its not 7:05 pm you need to hire new ppl
The exact reason I usually use CVS for all my pharmacy needs. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and have zero customer service skills..
Golly hire more people. Mile long lines!!!
