I understand how busy it may become when there are places calling in prescriptions and you as the pharmacist is the only one that can take certain calls, but I never had the response that I had today. The pharmacist seemed irritated and taking a phone call was the last thing he wanted to do. The quote "I guess" and the huge heavy sigh is what gave away his disgruntled attitude toward having to authorize the order placement.
I went there the other night to get my son medicine..It was only a 20 minute wait and they was friendly and answer all of our questions and they had all the medicine that my son needed.
My home store and normally my favorite but ad of late between the pharmacy not having what we need and "not knowing" when they'll get it & the inconsistency of baby products being in stock is making this store one of the worse ones. Constantly forcing me to have to drive at least 10 minutes out of my way.
walgreens and every company charges premium prices and cuts the staff so the people at the top get more money that way shafting customers and the entry level employees. This type of college management has hurt all businesses across the USA. I want to order my medicine from Canada if I have to wait at least pay way less
