Went to store 18ave Rock Island bought 8.3 oz smooth Lax . Saw ad for 30% off for senior day. Saw same formulation at Hy Vee for $4 less Ripped off by Walgreens
Shame shame on you Walgreens. You tried to charge me $92 for a prescription that Osco charged me $15.46. You ripped me off for years. Shame on you for all the money you overcharged me for 20 years.
My prescription was called in ahead of time and when I finally reached the drive up window it didn't take long but the 2 cars ahead of me took about 25 minutes! This was my 3rd experience there with long waits for prescriptions. There has to be a more efficient process. I'll get future prescriptions fill at the Milan location �
Could you please have people pull forward when waiting for their prescriptions to be filled.. This seems to happen often here.. It's really hard to want to continue getting my prescriptions filled here. No one should have to wait over 30 minutes to drop off prescriptions!!! It would be easy to come back later, but when you have 5 cars in line behind you it makes things a bit difficult!!!
Pharmacy obviously needs more help! Prescriptions scanned yesterday am to be picked up today @10am, not ready at 11:15am. Had to make return trip, again!! Last refill for me got 5 days, product out of stock, when filled different manufacturer, again. This store is understocked and inefficient!
