Walgreen's pharmacy customer service sucks!!!! Never did they call and tell me my prescription was denied and now I'm left with no thyroid medication for the whole weekend and my Dr.'s office is closed. Not even willing to give me three pills for the weekend due to the inconvenience. Yes, I can go to urgent care, but had they done their job I wouldn't have to go through the trouble. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after you continue to mess up my husband's and my medications...I will no longer be a customer.
Having them tell you 10 minutes only to have to wait close to 3 hours for a single prescription is unacceptable.
24 hour pharmacy great for after emergency room visits just down the block...
Easy and simple and down the street. They always seem to have what we need on time and never a hassle
