Tiffany is rude, condescending and either doesn't know the corporate policy or refuses to admit when she's wrong! She needs retraining in both customer service and policies. My experience was so bad, I called customer service, turned down courtesy points and escalated it to district management. I dont want anyone else feeling the way I felt!
They called the police on a homeless man sitting outside staying out of the rain... That is so wrong of them. The poor man ended leaving in the rain..
