Better customer service
I think they need to tell the customer everything that they need to about there prescription , no matter what the insurance approves or not !! Customer service is letting ppl know what is going on !!! You guys are prolyy the worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with. The worst customer service I've ever seen . they couldnt even tell me why what happened happened. Hire ppl that do there job good not some ass off the street that looks good.
