I have been sitting in the drive thru for the pharmacy for half an hour....with no end insight. There is one car in front of me and two behind me. This makes no sense. Why have two lanes and open one??????
There was a very rude lady I had to deal with last night. I will never return there ever. How dare her. Very bad customer service. They told me a hour to come get my daughter prescription. So I gave them a extra 20 mins before I came to pick it up. The lady was rude and told me another 20 mins to wait and her smart mouth set me off to mean woman so I waited a hour and 40 mins on one bottle of liquid which was small. Insane crazy.
Done with Walgreens! Always out of the most common stuff with no idea when they will get the medication because it's on back order. Drive five minutes down the road to Kmart and have the same prescriptions filled in 15 minutes with friendly conversation with the pharmacist to boot. And the Walgreens on Line Ave in Shreveport is just as bad! Done...done!
Horrible customer service. Slowest pharmacy in Bossier.
