Worst customer service I have ever seen and completely rude and unprofessional which is insane for a pharmacy that is supposed to be informative and courteous not be blown off and treated so terribly!!
Rude and unprofessional staff. Walked in to get Covid vaccine. While eating and doing nothing behind the counter staff/ pharmacist tells me “ we close in 15 minutes, we don’t have time”. Very rude behavior.
Helpful staff! Always a quick process
I asked for clarification about my prescription and was met with a condescending and irritable tone from the staff member who helped me. Asking questions about my own healthcare should not feel like an inconvenience. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and found the interaction unprofessional and dismissive. Patients deserve respectful communication.
