The three stars are for the fact that I have been using this Pharmacy was the BEST in the beginning. Now they have unscheduled closures. Sometimes for the whole weekend. Some WARNING, would be nice. They never stock enough on mu Insulin, that if I Go WithOut I could DIE. It should not be at the pharmacy's con discretion when we as customers get our medications. I have gone a while day, or more. without important medications, or the needles to administer them. SORRY Walgreen's you may not be my favorite anymore.
I don’t expect miracles from a pharmacy—but I do expect basic human decency, communication, and timely service. Walgreens continues to fail on all three. I was prescribed medication for a raging ear infection—simple antibiotic, urgent need. I arrived and was told it wouldn't be ready until nearly closing time. No courtesy call. No urgency. No empathy.
