Rude and unprofessional staff. Walked in to get Covid vaccine. While eating and doing nothing behind the counter staff/ pharmacist tells me “ we close in 15 minutes, we don’t have time”. Very rude behavior.
Helpful staff! Always a quick process
I asked for clarification about my prescription and was met with a condescending and irritable tone from the staff member who helped me. Asking questions about my own healthcare should not feel like an inconvenience. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and found the interaction unprofessional and dismissive. Patients deserve respectful communication.
