I was told by their pharmacist that I would have to pay FULL PRICE for my baby's medication because insurance wouldn't reimburse them for the purified water required to compound it. Water. That's ridiculous. I called the Walgreens on Edgewater and they were so amazing and said they would do it for me anyway. Even they said it was ridiculous that the Kuhl location was trying to make me pay full price because they didn't want to use water without getting reimbursed. Seriously bad customer service.
