RecommendedStaff is always awesome and the pharmacy, Cynthia and tech Hunter are always kind. I went in today for my flu shot and Cynthia was very gentle!! Would always recommend this location. I live in South Highlands and am a regular at this particular location! A+++!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! Ryan is one disrespectful person!! Definitely called the board of directors on him! Won’t fill as prescriptions because he says he has to pick and choose who gets what. My mom is in severe pain and he is treating her like a drug dealer!!!! Will NEVER recommend this place!
I think the pharmacy staff thrives and gets a rush out of telling customers how they have a high deductible and their insurance won’t pay for their prescriptions. I had more than three employees point this out to me and just their tone left little customer service to be desired. Also I had a sick child that needed a pretty common antibiotic last night . Those people are saints for putting up with me and my daughter. Our shopping time is 1 to 2 hours. Everytome we shop at Walgreens we get some much pleasure from the experience.
The cashiers were nice, and helpful. I found what i needed, and was satisfied.
Pharmacy is closed on a Monday because no pharmacist on staff! That's like the grocery store being out of milk! �
Called in my last prescription on a Monday. When I arrived on the following Wednesday it wasn't ready and I watched as a dozen or so people were told the same thing. No apologies and no interest from any of the staff particularly the pharmacist who clearly has a chip on his shoulder and nothing but contempt for the customers. Today I waited 25 minutes to get a price on a prescription and finally walked out. The manager is fully aware of how bad the situation is and claims he has no authority to correct it. Shame on them.
The pharmacist is surly, the pharmacy staff seems confused, and the drive-through is the slowest in town. And the manager could apparently care less.
