I picked up my levothyroxine 0.75mg tablet and after talking it I began to feel very sick. Nauseous, my stomach hurt, just horrible! After 3 days I finally stopped by the Walgreens again to let them know. The pharmacist told me the machine had made an error and gave me instead 0.5mg tablet. My daughter is a pharmacy technician and she said it’s the pharmacist job to check and compare the pill with the prescription. Even though supposedly the machine made an error it could of been fixed before dispense. Just eye opening!!
Last night I paid with $50 bill and the incompetent employee mark that I paid with a $20 bill so she stole my change. They owe me over $30!!! Thanks Walgreens. And today I went and the manager told me I had to wait cause she’s the only one at the store that can access the cameras also told me that last night the employee didn’t report that she had extra money in the register
Says they open at 6am. At 7:30am there is shopping carts blocking the doors and DO NOT answer the phones.
Just moved to the area, highly recommend them. They listen and take appropriate action . Very efficient staff!!!!!
Their customer service is good,but they do have really good people working their pharmacy department. They do take the time to answer questions,if you do have them. I have never had a bad experience with Walgreen's,as there is really some nice helpful people in there.
Customer service is great. They will go outta their way to help you. Also if they make a error,they promptly correct this!
